Hello! My name is Tony Medaglia, I’m a husband and father to a beautiful baby girl. I am a passionate runner, obstacle course racer, and now hybrid athlete competing at Hyrox competitions. I love any type of mental and physical challenge that pushes me to new ceilings. When I’m not working out or competing, my wife and I love going out to try new restaurants and local stores. We have goals to travel the world trying all different types of authentic cuisines.

As a business consultant, I have an extensive background in operations and accounting. My skills and motivation go hand in hand to improve processes, create efficient workflows, and adapt to any changes companies are going through. Some of the industries I have worked include metal fabrication, chemical adhesive packaging, health and fitness, and wholesale food distribution. My experience across the board over the years has given me an outstanding toolbox to generalize and fine tune processes that have been proven to work with large scale companies, with the ability to adapt to a company of any size!
