KATHERINE’S STORY
I come from a lineage of entrepreneurs, and I have personally weathered both triumphs and failures in business and have been defrauded by a trusted partner. Through these diverse experiences, I’ve gained invaluable insights into what it takes to achieve exponential growth at a financial and holistic level. This does not make them failures, but instead a pathway to growth.
I have 25+ years experience as a Value Strategist, Business Consultant , Advisor and Coach focusing on Soul-Aligned Strategy in leadership and business.
The goal of my business is straightforward – to help business owners and entrepreneurs to generate more profits quickly and effectively, but more importantly to align their business to their life.
Wealth is not only financial. Wealth is your well-being. This is what equates to true abundance and true value.
IT WASN’T ALWAYS EASY.
From a young age, I knew I was meant to make a difference. I started in traditional roles but was always drawn to creating something of my own — and doing it differently than what I witnessed growing up.
But the real turning point wasn’t business.
It was breaking free from a long-term relationship that was deeply destructive — filled with betrayal, confusion, and control. Rebuilding wasn’t just about starting over. It was about reclaiming who I am.

Now, I help others do the same: align their business with their truth, scale with strategy, and create a company that gives back more than it takes.

I LIVED THE WORLD.
My journey began in the U.S. in the hospitality industry, but it quickly became global. In my early twenties, I moved to London and entered the world of finance at Goldman Sachs. By 2004, I had relocated to Singapore and launched my consulting business, traveling across Asia Pacific and pioneering one of the region’s first blended online learning platforms in response to the 2008 financial crisis.
In 2016, I moved to Australia with my family to be closer to loved ones and took time away from business to raise my four children. I also pursued another passion — the mind-body connection — by beginning a degree in Chiropractic medicine.
Eventually, life brought me back to the U.S. Midwest after leaving a toxic relationship. In 2023, I relaunched my business with renewed clarity, shaped by both global business experience and deeply personal transformation.

Personally, I have a deep love for both physical exercise and the mind as this is the engine behind everything.
As a mother of three boys and a spirited daughter, my family and I enjoy exploring activities like skiing, mountain biking, dirt bike riding, sailing and more, adding an extra layer of adventure, joy and health to our lives.
