This is the Foundation course where you discover the Map of You. You already operate in a certain way. It's time to understand who you are and why you do what you do. It puts you in the driver seat to show up and align who you are with your life and your business. Start being the leader of your life and purposefully run the show. 

This part will be run every day the first week. The dates, times and descriptions are as follows:

Your Staying Power: This is your WHY. The reason why you do the things you do. This determines your staying power in life.

Your Drivers: Determine what is really important to you and ensure these values are serving you well. These determine how you show up each day and why you do the things you do.

Your Superpowers: Do you know who you really are? What are your superpowers and how can you harness them more often? Discover the difference between your roles and your identity and the danger in getting these confused.

Your Beliefs: Help or Hinder?: We all have a belief system that guides us and most of the time they are hidden beneath the surface that we don't even realize that it is a belief that holds us back from truly reaching our potential. Unlock your hindering beliefs and reframe them into something that fuels you, not anchors you down.

Show Up With Integrity: When we take a hard look at how we live our life and who we want to be, sometimes we can find incongruencies. When this occurs, we lack self confidence, self worth and it holds us back.

Understanding the foundational questions that are required to develop a successful and ongoing strategic plan.  Clarification on the core value of your business in the market place and how to develop a competitive advantage based on core values.  Create a one-page action plan to ensure follow through that you set for yourself, you team and your business.

Understand the 9 steps to a professional sales process and the behavioural psychology that applies to making buying decisions.  Simple agenda template for professional client meetings that increases sales success without using pressure. The 4 key questions clients always need answers to prior to moving forward on a sale.

Understand the theory of constraints, the concept of personal and business constraints and how to systematically identify and remove them.  Review the principle of comparative advantage and how to benefit from doing fewer things. 

One 20 minute individual coaching session prior to start plus 8 modules over a 10 week period delivered virtually via live webinars with Katherine Breuss 2 hours each week.

There are five 1-hour sessions for the Foundation Course: The Power of You.

Eight 2-hour modules over the course of 8 weeks with 1-2 hours of pre-work required each week. It is highly suggested to organize an accountability pod 1x per week. This is optional but highly recommended

The results are up to you. When you do the work and implement the strategies learned, your business can begin to see the results within 90 days or less. This is all dependent on the effort you put into it.
