Blueprint™

Most owners arrive having done some version of personal work — a coach, a book, a retreat. The work touches the same topics: direction, identity, values. But it lands somewhere different. AG45's owner spine isn't the destination. It's the foundation.

The Ownership Blueprint™ is a self-directed digital application of the True Ownership™ methodology — the same five disciplines AG45 applies in its flagship engagements, structured into a 45-day digital experience for solopreneurs and owners ready to do the foundational work themselves.

Phase 01 · Own It
The owner spine.
Forty-five days at the questions most owners have circled but few have landed: what you're actually building, who you are when the work gets hard, what you'll say no to. The output isn't insight — it's an operating system, documented and referable.
Phase 02 · Build It
The business spine.
Once Phase 1 is documented, Phase 2 builds the business architecture that fits what you're actually building. Strategy, structure, and operating systems — connected to the owner spine, so the business inherits your clarity, not your defaults.

You're the leader and the operator. The room changes that. Most peer groups are masterminds — neutral facilitators keeping the conversation going. The Circle is different. An AG45 strategist leads the room, applying the True Ownership™ methodology to each member's work.

A small group is the point. Four members, not eight. Non-competing businesses, not adjacent. Strategist-led, not facilitated. The composition is what makes the Circle work — and what makes AG45 selective about who gets in. The Circle is a 12-month commitment — because real progress compounds, and the work isn't a one-and-done event. Application and fit call required.

Session 01 · Forward
Priorities and pattern recognition.
Each owner brings the priorities they're working through. The room responds — questions, perspectives, pattern recognition from across industries. The strategist holds the methodology.
Session 02 · Back
Accountability and follow-through.
Each owner brings what they did since last session. The room holds them accountable — for commitments made, work attempted, results produced. Honest follow-through, in front of peers.

The bridge between peer challenge and full Strategic Council work. For owners who want a senior strategist who knows the business deeply — and the structural support of AG45's broader bench, without managing it as separate engagements. The complexity stays behind the scene.

A single relationship at the center: you and your Lead Strategist, working monthly on strategic priorities, leadership decisions, and structural choices. When the work calls for specialist depth, your strategist pulls in advisors from AG45's broader bench. You don't manage them. Your strategist does.

Working sessions.
Two-hour 1:1s with your Lead Strategist. Pre-work expected; documentation produced. The discipline of monthly strategic conversation that no business naturally creates on its own.

Strategic reviews.

A multi-year engagement — typically 3 to 5 years — that prepares the owner to break free of the business. Succession, sale, or going passive while retaining ownership.

Most advisory engagements give you one strategist. Leader Run™ gives you a Board. A Lead Strategist anchors the relationship; a team of advisors is assembled around them — drawn from across functional, financial, transactional, and external-relationship specialties. The composition depends on the business.

The work doesn't optimize for one outcome. It prepares the business — and the owner — for whichever path fits their life, their family, and their economics. The choice belongs to the owner, not the firm. Three legitimate paths: pass it on, sell it, or stay involved without operating.
